On a day-to-day basis I will be receiving calls from end users requesting for help regarding system and software errors, hardware malfunctions, network problems and just about anything related to basic technical support including setting up new users' computers, maintaining existing systems, protecting the system from any viruses, renewing software licenses and repairing phone/fax/printer/scanner problems. Some responsibilities that other users normally don't know that I do are to set up, maintain and back up the server and, of course, this doesn't include playing games, eating, sleeping and watching movies in my office.
